My "Go To" Entire Body Workout

How many of you are busy? What kind of question is that, right?

I actually enjoy excerising... However, my time is limited and it's easy for me to skip a workout with the typical excuses of "I'm just too tired" and "I don't think I have the time."

I know many experts recommend exercising in the morning. But, if anyone is like me, I feel weak in the mornings.

So, I reserve my workout time for the evenings. Usually 7:40 to 8:00.

My routine for tonight is quick, but effective.

Thanks to my former trainer, Adam Mays, for introducing me to kettlebells.

Here's what you'll need:

10lb Kettlebell - although this may seem like a low weight, it's effective!
Chair
Water
Towel

Do 10 reps for 3-4 rounds.

Kettlebell swings
Kettlebell pulls
Kettlebell overhead press
Kettlebell squats
Dips
Burpees

This workout is great for the entire body!
