The BEST Workout for Sexy, Toned Arms

The smell of freshly cut grass, the relaxing heat of the sun, the birds singing, and the cool evening air drifting through the house... I love it all! Spring has sprung in Northeast Tennessee and I couldn't be happier... except... It's time to show some skin. Are you ready? I'm getting there, all thanks to exercise.

My workouts vary week-to-week. Doing this helps keep exercising as "exciting" as it can be. But, there is one workout I do twice a week, every week. I love arm-baring tops, but want to love my arms just as much. This workout is quickly getting me there.

It's a compilation of many arm workouts I've done. This is the BEST arm workout. It combines exercises from P90X, fitness magazine and website routines, and my own knowledge. Just as I did, I suggest you alter it to fit your comfort level!

Depending on your fitness level, do this routine one to three times.

  2. What are KB thrusts? Is there a way we can get your description of some of these moves? Like Tricep kickbacks and tricep pulse backs for those of us who aren't use to working out?
